Returns/Exchanges

 

*Merchandise can be returned within 3 days for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE. (on non-sale items-or promo codes) 

*Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or have any makeup stains from just trying on. All tags must be attached to the garment and it must be in its original condition.
*Merchandise returned without tags will not qualify for a refund or exchange. 
*Returns must be received within 5 DAYS for Australian customers and 14 DAYS for International customers otherwise it will not be accepted. 

 

** The shipping back fee for returns/exchanges are at the customers cost **

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer's expense.

PLEASE NOTE: That if you are returning items to us from an international location,It is also very important that you label the items as " RETURNED GOODS" . Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs and charges may be applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Department at customers expense.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind.
